Winter Accessibility:
While getting around during the winter may be harder for all of us, it can be especially difficult for individuals who have difficulty walking and/or who use assistive devices such as a wheelchair, walker, or scooter. Advocates for people with disabilities spoke with Amber Schatz, news reporter with KXMB TV in Bismarck, about the need for property owners to keep walkways clear of snow and ice.
